Smoke-free housing is life saver

Imagine what you would do if your neighbor’s toxic waste was seeping into your home.

Secondhand smoke — the combination of smoke from the burning end of a cigarette and the smoke breathed out by smokers — is basically a toxic waste product that contains more than 7,000 chemicals. According to the surgeon general, there is no risk-free level of exposure.
